I've been at Spin Fitness for 10 years. I can tell you that working for a fitness company doesn't mean it's easier to stay fit. Like many people I am at a desk all day long. I work out 4-5 days a week but controlling my weight is a constant battle! I'm so tired after work that it is a major chore to get motivated enough to go to the gym.

I'm hoping that being with a group all using the program together will keep my energy up and make me more motivated. I think it's really great to be able to share in this experience with not only my friends here at SPIN Fitness but also anyone that is reading this on the web.
