I'm a mother of three, and I work full-time here at SPIN Fitness as the VP of Operations. You'd think working at a fitness company means that staying in shape is easy, but I end up sitting at my desk most of the day. I decided to try the 8-week program to see if I could lose some of the final weight that I haven't been able to get rid of through my normal activities. I'd like to think that I'm fairly active and I take yoga and Spinning classes when I can, but it's always a challenge with a crazy schedule. And who couldn't use a few new healthy habits to incorporate into their lives?
Sharing ideas about how to fit more fitness and a few new habits into an already full schedule makes doing this as a team at the office the perfect plan. We are already talking about food and exercise choices in the kitchen. Wish us luck!
