When I was younger I was very slender and felt good about my body. After giving birth to three children I gained a lot of weight. I was uncomfortable with my body, had no energy, and wore baggy clothes. A couple of years ago I decided to make a change. I began making healthy food choices, exercising, and began to shed all those unwanted pounds. I lost a total of 60 lbs I felt good about my body, had an increase in energy and a boost in my self-esteem.
I decided to join the 8-week challenge to loose those extra pounds that I still need to work on. Spinning not only helps me lose weight, it helps me clear my mind, relieve stress and makes me feel good all around.
